Lee Enterprises was moving to a new calendar to try to realize more revenue. In replacing the old calendar, I was tasked with Product and Project Management of the new solution.

Getting the new calendar integrated on our 80+ market websites was the easy part. Working with our internal teams to ensure we stay on timeline, update DNS and feeds, and train our team how to use and sell the product would be the important goals.

I created training deckss, videos and collateral for our sales and editorial teams. I also created marketing pieces for individual newspapers to use in social media, websites and print. Finally, I created a Sales and Publisher Playbook to bring it all together in one place.
